Tuna & tomato tart
Ingrédients :
1 puff pastry
4 eggs (beaten)
1 tomato
1 can tuna (drained)
40ml heavy cream
emmental (grated)
goat cheese (5 big slices)
salt, pepper
Preheat your oven to 200°C (gas mark 6).
Peel, deseed, slice and strain the tomato.
Mix the eggs, cream, salt and pepper together.
Spread the pastry in the pie tin. Prick pie shell all over with a fork. Add the tuna and the tomato. Pour the egg mixture over them. Finally, add the goat and emmental cheeses.
Bake for 20 mn.
